It’s so hard to stay in my calorie deficit when I’m in my luteal phase. I just eat all day 😭 gonna try to work out tmrw

if it’s any consolation, your BMR increases by somewhere between 100-300 calories a day during your luteal phase. i believe your carb needs specifically increase by a fair amount
