i think it can be subconscious anxiety maybe

yeah maybe? but like… all the time is insane especially since it’s been like this for 7 years, and i’ve tried different anxiety meds which help my anxiety but not the breathing, im lowkey just sick of this feeling I wish I knew what was causing this and how to fix it
