does anyone have any tips on not oversharing???? i never used to have this issue but recently ive had so much repressed stuff that ive started to vent to anyonr who will listen- even about personal relationship issues. it’s not healthy or socially accept
No sometimes u need to let things out just try to vent in random spaces like girl talk

if you have the money and time therapy would be best, theyre literally there to listen to you vent. otherwise a diary or even here might also be a good alternative
