THANK YOU OH MY GOD or when companies don’t offer direct customer service and make you submit a request. Just wrote off a brand today bc on their website it said to email your number and when they can call you, I did, and they emailed back saying they don’t have phone support at this time and haven’t answered my follow up email… with all due disrespect, fuck AI

i emailed my student loan servicer bc i couldnt find a phone number anywhere and guess what? SHOCKINGLY the ai did not understand my question and gave me bad info confidently
