Say “hi my name is ___ I’d like to schedule an appointment. I’ve been having tooth pain and I think it might be a cavity. When is your earliest availability?”

Did you confirm they take your insurance first? Or are you paying out of pocket?

And then they’ll tell you their times and you’ll say which works best, ask them what pricing will be and at that point they’ll most likely tell you to be there 15 minutes early or so to fill out paperwork and they’ll probably ask you if you have insurance. If you don’t be sure to ask what the price will be out of pocket!!

I’m 80% sure they take my insurance, I’m still on my parents’ plan but if not my mom will help me find a different option bc I’m ngl I’m scared of adult things

Okay so personally I’d call, ask if they are 1) accepting new patients and 2) accept your insurance, and then what #1 said is perfect if both those answers are yes
