Catnap it. Outdoor cats are horrible for the environment and it’s lowkey shocking it’s been alive outside for 3yrs! Even if it yells and wants out don’t let it back outside :)

Trap, neuter, and release. They also give feral cats their vaccines. It helps stabilize feral colonies
