I’m 26, stopped caring how I look and let myself go. I really want to go back to a schedule again and taking care of myself -skin, hair, nails, everything. My job takes so much of my time (I come home exhausted at 8pm) what do you guys suggest I do?

Easiest way to start is boost your shower routine. Hair care and skin care. Really romanticize bath time and everything

for me scheduling appointments is the best way to prioritize myself bc then i can’t decide eh id rather rot - i say make a nail appointment one week, hair the next or two weeks after and facial at some point and journal how refreshed you feel after each one

Yess! And take baths instead of showers- so you do your full routine when you take a bath and showers can be reserved for when you don’t have the energy
