adhd girlies, what are your hacks for getting productive/functional when you’re not on meds and isn’t caffeine?

been off meds since December and i dont respond well to caffeine- i try to get myself genuinely excited about what im learning. good sleep schedule. i eat a lot of protein consistently and it really helps with fatigue. engage with the professor and try to make it rly interpersonal. as for room cleanliness i haven’t figured that out though :(

i literally live in a pig stye and it feels impossible to manage this bc taking care of my academics already drains so much energy!!!
