I wonder if maybe there is something in your lease like a nuisance behavior type thing or if the roommate is doing it with lewd intent like to shock/intimidate guests it could possibly cross into criminal like sexual harassment or indecent exposure

It’s not like she’s waltzing out directly in front of him or whatever it’s like she’ll just walk into the kitchen (for context living room kitchen are right next to each other and her room is across, so if she walks out we’ll see her for a good couple of seconds full frontal

When it first happened he legitimately felt so bad because he thought that she must not have known he was there and he felt like he accidentally violated her. But now it’s to a point where we really only hang out in my room or most of the time just go to his place

Yeah I’m not sure what to do. You could threaten her with taking her to court for indecent exposure but that would definitely escalate things especially if you followed through with it. And with it being where she lives, I’m not sure what would happen. That sounds like a lawyer question

Depends on the guest lol but with my roomates I’ll wear a towel (I have the kind that Velcro so they stay on) or a robe while I do my makeup and let my hair dry out before blow drying so I assumed her roomate was doing this, the fact she was literally butt ass naked didn’t even cross my mind 😭

Yeah that has to be a boundary thing, I’m very nonchalant about nudity but I don’t know the guests my roomates bring over and it’s not like they’re consenting so big yikes

I’d definitely just let her know if she doesn’t respect your boundaries around your guests you’re going to be considering not renewing the lease with her, or even seeing if you could end it early. I’d also look into potential sexual harassment since her walking out nude in front of non consenting individuals is a big yikes. Maybe ask her how she’d feel if she visited her hypothetical bf and his roomate kept walking out nude even when her bf tried advocating for her, she might see what’s wrong.
