if not believing in jesus sends me to hell then so be it, i’d rather not dedicate my life to an imaginary figure whose believers spread hate and are brainwashed into thinking religion absolved them of any sins in their past present and future.

that is true, but there are jewish and roman accounts that have been discovered that verify at least the existence of someone who the story is based off of. i mean, even jews (speaking as a jewish person) believe he did exist, but that the stories surrounding him are extremely fictional.

yeah i care less about wether or not he’s fictional and more about the fact people go into psychosis over it, and dedicate their entire life to spreading hate in gods name. and they use it as a shield and excuse to be a horrible person bc “god will forgive them of all their sins” simply for believing in him

yeah!! i’ll compile and dm them to you! i’m obviously not a diehard believer in jesus or anything, and again don’t think most of what is said about him is real, but i do find the topic interesting.
