this seems to give their government an incentive to label some people as rapists and child abusers… the same thing right wing governments globally have been doing to lgbtq+ people…. much to consider

once a punishment is implemented for a crime, minorities and marginalized people will be disproportionately convicted of said crimes. a punishment like this could lead to genuine eugenics by forcibly sterilizing populations who are convicted at high rates
