I do this sometimes but it’s nothing personal, usually it’s when I am at a place where notifications aren’t allowed and I don’t realize my phone is off dnd. The notification reminds me and I quickly turn it to dnd before even seeing who/what they sent

honestly i’ve put my phone in dnd mid convo for completely different reasons so it’s totally possible it had nothing to do with you
