The thing is the amount I took is still super low 😭😭😭 I’m just not used to it and I got so anxious I thought a hard kombucha might calm me down and keep my head clear but nooooooo I feel like all of my limbs are vibrating on a very low frequency

10 mg adderall, and I took 30 mg Vyvanse this morning (that ones like extended release though)

is the adderall replacing the vyvanse, or is it something you take midway through the day to add onto the vyvanse?

I was supposed to take half at first (so 5 mg) but I forgot cause it’s been so long since I’ve been on anything I needed to break in half 😭 I just picked it up tonight

The adderall is like supplementing the Vyvanse, I was crashing in like the afternoon/evening whenever I took the Vyvanse so I asked my psych to prescribe something IR for the afternoons

the IR should at least not last as long so hopefully you feel better soon!!!! the vibrating limb thing is the most accurate description i’ve read lol

Right?? Idk if it’s like bc it’s made me high or if it’s low blood sugar or something cause this just happens to me sometimes on my meds and occasionally not on them 😭

I’m not gonna make this deadline but our prof just said we could turn things in late without penalty, but we won’t get them graded until after the final 😭 so I’ll probably be fine I just feel really dumb
