I’m trying not to be upset bc ultimately it’s not a big deal but I’m just hurt by the lack of consideration because why would you go without me while I’m at work when we were supposed to go together

i think you’re allowed to be upset at that. yes, in the long run it’s not a huge deal, but if the plan was to go together and your work schedule wasn’t considered that does hurt. i’ve been there and trust me there are lots of people who wouldn’t do that to you.

He usually very considerate and makes me feel very loved and wanted and he takes care of me and all that good stuff it’s just this one time we were supposed to go Christmas shopping for our friends and he went without me while I’m at work :( so thankfully this isn’t a common occurrence it just sucks

hey, as long as he continues to make you feel loved and seen. but even if he’s perfect every other time, you’re still allowed to be upset.
