I was in the left lane passing vehicles, there were plenty of open spots he could’ve passed or even moved over to the other lane, ontop of it all I didn’t even see him behind me until last second because his vehicle was all blacked out except for the lights. So if I had to stop instantly there would’ve been a hell of a wreck since he was all the way up on my vehicle and in a blind spot
