like obviously it’s easy to confront YOUR family, who’s always voted blue but sometimes misgenders people. i’m from south carolina, my family keeps literally a shotgun propped up on our kitchen table.

Sometimes I don’t get the mindset of extremists on either side. Why do conservatives think my future teaching degree is indoctrinating the children? Can they not handle a lesbian teacher? Is my sexuality really gonna affect the children’s growth?

two routes. 1. biden = democrat = communist. traffic circles where i’m from really only started popping up in the last 5 years (yes i realize he has nothing to do with traffic patterns greenville, sc) 2. traffic circles = european = communist. they see them as a european idea and think all of europe as godless communists (yes i realize they didn’t invent traffic circles)
