No queen you could have some type of hypermobility/connective tissue issue or even early onset arthritis -signed, someone who has a connective tissue disorder with creaky joints

Mine comes with pain and joint instability but if like you said that it has been a long time since you works out your joints might just not be lubricated enough and need to get used to having movement
