dont be too nervous or u might make her nervous. maybe play loud white noise and put her in a room

my dog takes anxiety pills every once in a while when he’s too crazy or he has vet appointments because they will NOT take him without them - i’m scared of what tonight will bring 😭

I hope. Just scared bc idk what happens if shes not. I dlove in student housing, I have nowhere to put her. So I put a sheet over her kennel to make a “den” if she gets scared and will give her 2 benadryl around 11 (this is vet approved, she takes it for allergies as needed, but it does make her drowsy so it may help?) I just don’t want her to freak out😣

poor baby :( she’s generally very chill but this will be her only her second time with me experiencing fireworks. luckily from what i heard its booms not cracks which i think would scare her more. so shes chill but eeeeek

aw i hope she’s doing okay! mine is 5, almost 6. he seems to be doing okay although i am forcing him to snuggle with me so he won’t freak out lol
