Domestic abuse hotline or go to the cops with the video! Therapy would also be a really good idea

no seriously it was a lot of emotional abuse but i have a video of him grabbing my face when he was mad and another video of him when he was angry and joking around but it looked like he went crazy…he was gonna break my toes
