That’s why you only sign the lease if it’s put where you won’t ever get royally screwed over and wo a place to live or adequate enough time to find another place.

He didn’t really say & I haven’t asked yet, but I feel like he’ll probably want something in return that I’m not willing to give 😭 but def not going into this just yet until I do some more digging!

yes! it’s a pretty vulnerable situation to be in bc he’d know where you live and also have the ability to kick you out or stop paying it for you. i hope he’s just one of those guys that gets off on giving money to girls though😭 maybe ask if he’d be willing to send money for smaller things before u go for the apartment r

ya if he's rich he can most likely find a way around any legal doc u sign if something were to go wrong, it just doesn't sound worth the potential risk to go this route at all
