Hehehe and I always forget abt it 😭 my bf is actually the sweetest and most supportive person in the world and he reminds me SO gently 😭 he never wants to be the “are you on your period” guy so there’s always lots of preamble abt love and respect but he eventually tells me and he’s always right and it always makes me feel better 🥹

Yes! I have to have BC for my PMDD because I go off the rails w/o it, but there’s other treatments too (including practical therapy for coping mechanisms and other medications)
