IUD is awesome, hormonal, no periods besides occasional breakthrough bleeding and ofc no pregnancy

I love my iud cause no pregnancy scares but this is my 4th month having it and I still get spotting and cramps everyday

love mine. mirena. only lightly bled (not even heavy enough for a tampon) for a couple weeks after insertion. it was a bit painful i’m not gonna sugar coat it. then i had really light, really regular periods, no cramps, for like a year until eventually it just stopped happening. don’t get a period anymore and well let’s just say i’ve tested its abilities as a birth control quite often and it seems very effective there as well.
