I’m confused how buying groceries and planning meals is cheaper than buying uber? At least where I’m at the charges and stuff rack up a $15 order to like $21. And thats like fast food type food as well. I cook for my fam, 5 ppl. We have left overs for 1-2 days and it’s whole food so like nutritionally it lasts longer and more satisfying yk
To sound mean that sounds very mean. Oops. I made fajitas for my fam, 2lbs chicken I cut up, 3 peppers, 1/2 onion, and a packet mix, w tortillas. If I didn’t buy a bag of onions this was no more than $30 at an Aldi. Maybe $38 if you got cheese and a rice or smth. For dinner that fed 3 ppl 2/each w left overs of abt 4-6 more on how much you wanted. Continuously cooking food like that saves you money. Don’t he afraid of food pantries. Use that food within a week. Or else it goes to waste
Or even going to target and getting a small cheap air fryer or waffle maker can allow you to make even more things at home. I have a waffle maker from Dash, literally less then $15w tax I forgot. But I don’t eat those frozen ahh waffles anymore w sooo many preservatives. I go and get a cheap bag of flour, sugar, some egg of choice, milk, butter, what ever I want, I make waffles and if I have extra batter, extra waffles for later. Snack time already made by accident but saved time
