I might sound like an asshole but I just saw on the news a man in Texas complaining that he wasn’t given a proper warning about how bad the flooding was and wearing a Trump hat…like bro…your president defunded the people who gave out those warnings 💀

good point about him as a person and for the future but also important to note that the budget cuts do not go into effect for another several months and were unrelated to this specific incident of not notifying people
