what do you guys do for panic attacks? i just started getting them recently and they make me feel like i’m about to pass out i’ve tried deep breathing, counting, naming colors/objects but it either doesn’t work or it works at first but it comes right back

Anxiety is an asshole little sibling who likes to bother you 20 times before leaving you alone because it pretends it didn’t hear you say that you’re busy or don’t want to hangout with it. It sucks but you just have to ride the waves as they come up and keep doing your grounding techniques every time they do. You might want to ask if you could be prescribed some anti anxiety meds and see if those help if that is something you’re interested in

what helped me was going through the timeline of mine and my bfs relationship from when we met to present day. I would suggest doing something similar about your partner, a friendship, etc
