I feel this. I can’t remember most of my childhood and teenage years due to a few head injuries and trauma blocking. Also have epilepsy which also impairs memory 🫠

Same! Mine is from trauma blocking and obviously I don’t remember a huge majority of my child but there are some memories still there but in everyday to day life I can’t remember things at all. It’s so weird and I’m so tired of it. Someone will bring a conversation back up and I’m like ummm I don’t remember talking about that.
