I’m talking about genuine dislike or even disgust. Not wanting to care for one yourself is fine. Hating on animals is a very sick thing.

I think that even scarier are the people who own cats or dogs and do not take proper care of them, because they say they can just get a new pet if anything happens to their current one

I think this is a non-issue personally. I like cats but I get anxious around dogs without leashes or ones who are super big bc it’s scary to me. As long as you treat animals with respect or keep your distance I don’t see an issue

this is a non issue lol. not everyone grew up with pets or a lot of animals. i don’t trust people who are closed minded and not understanding of other people’s boundaries 🤷🏽‍♀️
