It’s day 5 of your period. You have a light period regularly. You’re going kayaking for 4+ hours and there’s a chance of swimming. You hate tampons. Do you put one in before beginning the kayaking?

lwk the issue is if the pad or liner gets wet at all ure opening yourself up to a poss infection so i'd go tampon or free bleed if its light enough

If you’ve got any lites, I’d put that in. If you’ve only got regular+ then I’d skip it - but that’s just ME because when you say light period I assume we’re talking barely existent or bbq stage by day 5

just free bleed. if it's already down to a smaller amount then it won't even seep thru the swimsuit. no use putting one in at that point

I’m thinking like just dip in every so often and u should be ok. It’s day 5 already. Unless you’re trying to not get in then maybe yes? Is there like a super tiny one? Like a panty liner but tampon form?
