Powder is for when you’re older or setting, I barely set unless Ik I’ll be oily. Same with cream. They show a lot of lines and crease. Liquid is best for low level looks to full glam on the full range

so if i use setting powder often, i should go with a powder or cream contour?

Okay I see I see. Don’t lay powder with cream or liquid. Use a base, L or C. Contour can be L or C, set with P. Or flat out contour and highlight with P. Don’t do wet dry wet dry wet dry.
