I’m from AZ and whenever I travel outside of my state ppl make twilight jokes about me lmao. Which I never even realized was a twilight reference until recently. I do tan pretty well for a pasty white girl tho! Hardly burn. In az we just try to stay out of the sun as much as possible and no one’s got the time or money for fake tan

Not related to skin color but my eyes are hazel but they genuinely turn super yellow/gold looking in the sunlight and I’ve had multiple random people tell me I have Edward eyes 😭

Also yes Arizona in the summer is so hot, I remember taking in multiple loads of groceries even and getting to step into the air conditioning them having to go outside again a million times was killing me
