Technically ADHDers actually typically enter a “hypo”mania where it’s “lower” or like less intense and typically for a shorter period of time than the “hyper”mania of Bipolar disorders.

i have adhd so it’s a little bit different from bipolar and far less severe, but basically i just get super restless, start thinking im like a god, have super high self esteem, and do things on impulse. i’ll probably crash in a couple of days and get super depressed and not speak to anyone.

like im just curious if youre undiagnosed bipolar bc i dont know any ppl w adhd who experience this but my bipolar friend experiences exactly what u do, and she has autism as well

🙁 frankly i don’t think it’s severe enough to be considered bpd. i did look into it once you suggested it, but i think there’s just a lot of crossover bc ppl with adhd have intensely fluctuating moods

But lowkey love when it pushes me to do fun things (like pursuing careers in other places so I don’t end up in my funk ass hometown)

You go girl. lowkey it’s fun to apply to jobs because sometimes they do take a chance and you’re gaining experience about the job market either way 😌
