Oh also before I forget to mention again, go slowly when you’re going back down. I see everyone speeding up the way they work out but that’s not gonna get you far if you’re just doing it to hurry up and be done. So when pushing the weight out it can be fast but 100% slow back down
Oh yeah that’ll do it lmao. The first few times I def had company go with me cuz I knew I wouldn’t be consistent then after that I reminded myself how much I pay for membership so I should make it worth it. Diet also matters!
