Is it new? That happened to me for a bit but doesn’t anymore , I get cramps in lieu of a period/bleeding now

Unfortunately it’s not. I’ve had it since February. I got put on a low dose bc pill to try and help the bleeding/cramping. The bleeding is better but oml I was cramping so bad today while not even bleeding
