There’s a website called helloalma.com where you can put in your insurance, location, service type, and select online or in person and it’ll give a bunch of therapists to choose from. And then you can make an appointment

i just looked up “therapy near me” and picked one that said they offer discounted rates if you seen an intern instead of a licensed therapist and i’ve been going there since

It’s not partnered with every insurance, but it’s partnered with a lot

Yea it definitely helps and if they don’t have your insurance (they probably do) you can look up your insurance and therapy near me
