They should have workers that can help you measure your cup size!

I would get a bra fitting at Nordstrom if its nearby. When I went to VS they gave me a guide on how to measure myself and based it off that, but at Nordstrom they measured me and it made the fitting come out more accurately

Everything is supposed to fit into the cup without spilling out but yeah definitely go to them and they’ll measure you then have you try on bras for reference
