I have a easy Bulgogi recipe that tastes very similar if I actually have time to cook:
4 cloves of garlic
2 green onions
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seed oil

And then some ground blackpepper, and some sesame seeds if you want. I usually use a pound of that like thinly sliced beef at Costco 🤌
