Don’t worry you literally can’t feel anything during a Pap smear. I was super scared too but it was quick easy and 100% pain/discomfort free

i totally get that! i’m 20 and haven’t gotten mine bc im not the suggested age yet and im scared, but i think its so risky not to get them when youre past the suggested age, even if youre not active

you can get them at any time tbh as long as you give consent

mine is more about medical trauma lol. like i’m scared about the pain/discomfort, but im more freaked out about the experience itself iykwim

Yes of course! I’ve met with my OB once prior, and so when I had my pap with the same OB it was a super comfortable experience because she told me everything that was goin on, held convo w me etc
