Absolutely. I’m not going to pretend like it was the only factor, and correlation doesn’t mean causation but my skin is (knock on wood) FLAWLESS over the past year. Of course i still break out around my period. I used to have horrible, horrible acne. I am on tretinoin and spironolactone which works for my skin, but I’m sure quitting vaping definitely hasn’t hurt either

As for my hair, I never noticed it being unhealthy while vaping. It’s been very healthy since I chopped it in november, but my time vaping I didn’t really use heat or anything that would’ve damaged it otherwise. But same as skin- quitting nicotine can’t do anything but help!

Wait I also have questions about spiro because I want to get on it for pcos but I’m worried about the side effects, did you notice any?

I feel like that wouldn’t be from the nicotine but from circumstances associated with nic use like stress or poor diet 😭 but who knows.

Honestly no. The only thing is i used to be very oily and now I’m dry. But if i’m wearing face makeup, then i still get oily. Talk to your doctor though. It’s gonna be different for everyone, like I don’t have PCOS
