I’m talking largely about like people who won’t shut up about murders and horrific shit in Gaza, but also just whatever horrible shit is going on in the US. shit here sucks. my life already fucking sucks and I’m depressed as shit without also having to deal with all the horrible shit happening around me any more than I already do. I can look at a news app to see the news, I don’t need people telling me about Epstein in fucking hello kitty dream village?

like the game is made as a coping mechanism and an escape from the real world to somewhere everyone is happy (smile town). that’s the entire point. it’s just so annoying that these shallow, selfish, attention seeking pieces of shit see that and they’re like “erm ackshully politics are in everything, even coping mechanisms to escape the real world and the fucked up politics in it 🤓👆” like let people whose lives are already fucked because of those politics have ONE space dude.
