thats great 😊 thats how hiring should be. i definitely worked too many jobs where they hired whoever. things would get so tense so quickly! best manager i had would do an interview and then ask us our thoughts on them. we never gossiped it was just a temp check

yes like i get that they probably can do the job great but there’s another person out there who can do the same AND get along with everyone! like yeah there’s a little discourse between the cooks and the baristas cuz the baristas don’t feel as comfy in the dish area bc it’s also our food prep area so they don’t always do all their dishes so we have to do them too
