How long do you need to work somewhere before asking for references? I absolutely hate my job. I’m just working here to get experience and eventually references so I can apply for something better. This job is absolutely destroying my mental health

I only have 1 academic reference (I’m graduated and don’t have a relationship with former professors so I can’t get more) and personal aren’t allowed. I have to have at least 3.
