i lost a bulk of it eating in a deficit and walking in my neighborhood for 30+ mins and then i’ve been going to the gym for a month and fasting and still eating in a deficit

i work out 4-5 times a week but i’ve been lacking in cardio. i’ve been doing 10 mins on the stair master recently because that’s how i went down in my jean size like 2-3 years ago (id be on for 15-20 smth mins)

thank you! it takes times because there has been moments where i’m in a funk and not wanting to do ANYTHING and i love sweet treats
