I thought it was okay because the person I told was the person who dropped the person off but I guess it wasn’t!! 😀😀😀

oof well accidents happen and now you know! hopefully it wasn’t a really serious violation and the worst that happens is you get a warning. does seem like the kind of thing they should tell you not to do in training though so it’s weird they didn’t clarify what is protected under hipaa

There’s so much paperwork in my job and I still haven’t even seen all of it and I just didn’t know they didn’t sign a consent form and that just because the person dropped them off and was picking them up doesn’t mean they get to know if they left 😀😀
