Does anyone have any advice on this without getting sued? He literally threatened to sue two of us if we did this
So tempted to expose my ex who has 4 SA allegations and had to transfer to get out of his title lX case. I feel like his new school should know

As someone who works in a law office, if he got charged w a title IX and it hasn’t been expunged, then the school already knows. If he only had allegations and you try to put him on blast then he most likely is within his legal right to sue you for defamation of character. That’s not to say the lawsuit will automatically go through, but he can still try it. Even if he doesn’t win the case, lawyers are expensive.

i think it’s worth calling to explain the situation. that way if it happens again, they know it’s not a first strike, and maybe he’ll finally get arrested. maybe that’s wishful thinking but idk it’s better than nothing imo

i hate to say this but unless you have cold hard proof and a police report, chances are you’ll still sue you, nor would the other school accept it because they would’ve seen his file when he transferred. it’s best you just leave this be

But if you want to get more advice for free then try to get in contact with a legal clinic. Don’t just call a law firm they cannot give you legal advice for free.
