TMI but I gotta ask: I just got my period last night. So usually I don’t workout during it but I did last time and I didn’t feel a thing. Imma use tampons ofc but would u also wear pad, I did last time but now I feel like I shouldn’t idk

unless you have a really heavy flow i don't see why you'd need to wear both

Maybe look into period underwear!!! If your flow isn’t super heavy they should last all day/night. I use them and change right before bed and wash them like regular underwear at the end of the week. Occasionally I’ll use a tampon but if I do I’ll also use a pantyliner just to be safe. I don’t think a full pad would be necessary? Congrats on joining the club lol I hope this helps

tbh no i don't, I only ever wear tampons and work out all the time on my period. you know yourself better then we will, just put a new one in before you work out and you can take a break to change it if it's really that bad
