I’ve been in this situation my whole life. And it sucks.Maybe not the best advice but I’ve learned to not keep people who don’t see me for me out of my life. Im not gonna show the love they don’t reciprocate. It sucks but, it will be okay and you’ll find your people

I talked to mine about it and they just said we grew apart but she still loves me as a person and appreciates the time we had together, idk. It helped give me closure but it was kinda sad to hear
