I see it in two different ways, but in the end we’re all acting like boomers. Younger gen z has the whole blank stare thing and lack of social skills going on (to no fault of their own, covid was devastating for them), and older gen z is the group pointing out the stare (and other things) and acting like they’re better than younger gen zs
I think the main issue is how distinct the two halves of gen z are. People born ‘97 to about the early 2000s were out of high school by the time covid started, plus they had a much different experience with technology growing up. Whereas gen zs born later than like ‘03 had a more technologically influenced upbringing. We can hardly say we’re the same gen based on culture
