any advice on eating more and eating consistently?
i’m bad about forgetting to eat or putting it off if i don’t feel like it, but it’s caused me to lose a lot of weight so any advice would be appreciated
ppl keep commenting on how skinny ive gotten ☹️
would high calorie snacks be of use, things like nuts or jerky or granola? i wouldn’t say you have to force yourself to eat three meals everyday on a schedule, but when you do eat it might be helpful to nudge up how much butter/fat you use to increase calories

little snacks throughout the day! sometimes big meals are hard so having nuts, granola bars, cheese sticks, veggies and ranch, fruit, etc can help. whatever is easiest for you to eat!

Not to intrude but are you on any medications that could be altering your appetite? If so, maybe worth mentioning to your doc

my meds are what’s helping me get past it, i have anxiety that makes me puke uncontrollably which made me lose a bunch of weight in the first place so i’m struggling to gain it back
the meds at least stop the puking
