from what I’ve seen online it’s the perception of women being submissive to men. And that men will supposedly take that as all women like to be dominated sexually. But I think it’s ridiculous to limit women’s sexual expression to only neutral or dom, and also we shouldn’t blame WOMEN for the way MEN act. If a man doesn’t know how consent works then that’s HIS fault.

that wasnt my impression at all. i thought it was cause she compared herself to a dog, being on all fours at his feet and the “mans best friend” reference for me personally when i first saw the photo i gasped. it reminded me of a 1950’s “women belong doing xyz” kinda ad. i didnt even notice the hair pulling or thought it was sexual until everyone else did. i thought the hair thing symbolized a leash i didnt rlly care at first when i thought it was just a photoshoot, cause its definitely in

poor taste but whatever, and the lolita photoshoots also its like ugh she shouldn’t do that but im not gonna be personally upset by it but i saw someone make a good point the other day about the origins of the word bitch, and how this dog pose relates to it. it made me feel weird to see a big celeb i looked up to kinda use that symbolism just to sell the album
