they’ll start by getting your previous medical info/asking you stuff about family history and things like that, if you’ve never had a pap smear done they might do that, they’ll also probably do a breast exam. but if you’re worried just ask! and if you don’t want them to do anything just tell them. i will say pap smears are very very important in making sure you’re healthy and not at risk of cervical cancer - ik for a lot of women it can be painful but personally it just felt like
